Not sure what I need to do to get these 2 mailboxes migrated. How do I rectify this? I thought that I could just create the contact in Exchange Admin, but it asks for a password and since this is a Shared mailbox user, there is no password. I forced Directory Synchronization from our DSync server and checked again, but they are still not listed under the contacts in the portal. &0183 &32 Managing Office 365 Exchange Online shared mailboxes can be done in the Office 365 Admin Center, but managing them in PowerShell is much quicker and gives additional options not available in the GUI. In the Exchange Admin portal, I went to Recipients - Contacts and found that 19 of the Shared mailbox users were listed, but not the 2 that failed. I am currently attempting to read from a shared mailbox using the .GetMail activity, which is of course nested inside an 365ApplicationScope. All 21 of the Shared mailbox users are in the same OU in our AD and I checked all of them and they are all setup identically.
